We cook fresh every week. Here is how your order moves from our kitchen to your door or pickup spot.

  1. Monday

    We cook your meals in our kitchen.

  2. Tuesday

    Meals are packed and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

  3. Wednesday

    Your order is ready for delivery or pickup.

What is ready when you order

About 7 out of 10 meals on our menu (roughly 70%) are available right away from what we have on hand.

If we do not have something ready, we will make it fresh and have it for you on the next Wednesday after our cook day.

Have a family recipe, or a menu from another customer you would like us to try? Call us to talk it through — we are happy to discuss special meals before we cook.

  3. Step 3

    Pickup or delivery on Wednesday

    After Monday cooking and Tuesday packing, your meals are ready Wednesday. We call you to confirm your delivery or pickup time.
